All orders are delivered by DPD.

Belgium: free shipping on orders above €200, otherwise €7.50, and free pick-up in our Antwerp boutique. The Netherlands and Luxembourg: free shipping above €250, otherwise €9.50. France and Germany: free shipping above €300, otherwise €13. Rest of the EU: free shipping above €300, otherwise from €20. Shipping costs are added at checkout.

We aim to ship your order within 1 to 2 days after receiving your payment. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, except on public holidays. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your DPD tracking number.

Yes. You can choose free pick-up at the Neve Antwerp boutique, Leopoldstraat 9, 2000 Antwerpen. The boutique is open on Monday from 12:00 to 18:00 and from Tuesday to Saturday from 10:30 to 18:30.

If you are not at home to receive your parcel, the carrier will leave a card explaining how to rearrange delivery. Please note that orders cannot be redirected once they have been dispatched.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Once your return has been authorised, the item must reach our boutique within 10 days. Items must be unused, show no signs of wear or damage, and have their original tags and labels attached. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original box. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and original shipping costs are not refunded.

Once your return has been authorised, pack the items carefully and send them to: Neve, Leopoldstraat 9, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium. We recommend keeping proof of postage with a tracking number, as the items remain your responsibility until they reach our shop.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different piece or size, please return the original item following our return policy and place a new order on our website.

Perfumes and home fragrances cannot be returned. All other items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and have their original tags and labels attached.

Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we have received and inspected your return. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
