Refund policy

  • The return is requested within 14 days after delivery of the order.
  • The authorized return must reach our shop within 10 days.
  • As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. 
  • Please note that we are not responsible when the parcel returns with another carrier service. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our shop. Please make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. Also, we recommend you have proof of postage tracking number.
  • Each item is unused and has no sign of wear and damages.
  • The original tags and labels are attached and are in perfect condition. For shoes and accessories, this means the box must be included in which they were initially packed.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.


No exchanges possible — If you wish to have another piece/size, you should place another order on our website.

Return process

  1. Contact our Customer Service at info@neveantwerp.be and inform us about items you would like to return.
     
  2. Once the return is authorised, please pack the parcel following the Return Policy instructions.

  3. Returns should be sent to this address:

  4. Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return.
