Shipping policy

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If you have chosen to have your order delivered at home and you are not present to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a card informing you how to rearrange your delivery. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

We process and ship orders during our regular service hours (Monday-Friday from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm, except public holidays). We aim to ship your order within 1 or 2 days after receiving your payment.

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
