Shipping policy

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If you have chosen to have your order delivered at home and you are not present to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a card informing you how to rearrange your delivery. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

We process and ship orders during our regular service hours (Monday-Friday from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm, except public holidays). We aim to ship your order within 1 or 2 days after receiving your payment.

We ship orders to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands.

For orders under 200 €: Delivery costs of 7,50€

The Netherlands, Luxembourg:

For orders above 250 €: Free shipping
For orders under 250 €: Delivery costs of 9,50€

France, Germany:

For orders above 300 €: Free shipping
For orders under 300 €: Delivery costs of 13€

Rest of EU:

For orders above 300 €: Free shipping
For orders under 300 €: Delivery costs as from 20€
